Sam Brown is admitted to the bar in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania as well as numerous district courts and the U.S. Third Circuit Court of Appeals. He is also recognized by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a qualified mediator.

Mr. Brown has more than 25 years of experience in real estate, land use and development, business law, contracts and other areas of practice. Before founding Sam Brown Law, he worked for a prominent Philadelphia law firm where he managed transactions for major international clients such as Microsoft Corporation. He also founded a successful import business, so he understands the challenges and potential pitfalls of starting and running a business.

Over the years, Mr. Brown has helped direct a law clinic and conducted many free legal seminars to empower underprivileged members of the community. He has also done extensive zoning and planning work in the Lakewood community to promote smart, sustainable growth.

Mr. Brown is an avid cyclist, biking more than 5,000 miles in an average year, and an advocate for safe biking laws.
